Coach Nirosh and Coach Kabilan are both very committed and professional. Their workout is not only the 60 minutes session in the gym but goes into following up your daily food intake, your exercises during the resting days. They are also very knowledgeable to assess your fitness from heart beats rate to recovery, weight, and even your walking and standing postures. In a nutshell very holistic approach focused on flexibility, strength and cardio.

Engage Move X Health for professional personal coach like NIROSH. He is currently guiding me to maintain strongly motivated in the programme and continue with the high energy work out session. NIROSH will see into the fine details and tailored the work out to build back a trainee's flexibility , reinstate strength of one's core. Hopefully by keeping my commitment I will see an improvement in my posture and overall BMI. Is definitely a five star coaching services with handy APPS for two way coach trainee interaction. NIROSH said if you don't make time for exercise, you may have to make time for illness.

Met Nirosh for my first assessment. He took the time to thoroughly understand my pain points and design a plan with outcomes that are sustainable long term. His attention to detail is impeccable.
